Satisfaction Guarantee
All of our products come with a 30-day refund policy, beginning from the date of delivery from our shipping department. If you have purchased a product from us and you are dissatisfied for any reason, contact us at the information below, and you'll receive a prompt and complete refund of your purchase price (less shipping and handling).
Subscription Program Adjustments or Cancellation
If you have purchased a subscription program with us and you have found that you need to change the period of time for your automated re-order, or if you wish to cancel your subscription program completely, simply notify us at 866-567-8600, or by emailing us at info@dothegoo.com.
1. If contacting us by email, please include the billing name and address of the person who purchased the product and include your order number to easily locate your order information on your behalf to process your refund as quickly as possible. 2. Your refund will be processed promptly, and we will send you a confirmation by email. Please allow between 5 to 7 business days for your card provider to process your refund and display it on your account. We don't control how long it takes for your bank to return funds.
Lost Or Damaged Orders From Our Website
Although we take great care in packaging our products to reduce the chance of damage during shipment, sometimes events happen beyond our control. We want to assure you that if an order placed with us is lost or damaged during shipment, it will be replaced and sent to you at no additional cost. In the event this should occur, please follow these instructions:
• Call GARCOA Customer Service at 1-866-567-8600.
• In the event your shipment is damaged, please retain the shipping carton and damaged product to ensure we can file and process a successful claim with USPS or UPS on your behalf.
• Please note: All claims for damaged shipments must be made within 5 days of receipt of the package. After 5 days, USPS or UPS will not be responsible for damaged products.
